Description
Managing complex blood sugar requirements demands an advanced medical option that addresses both immediate nutritional impacts and long-term fasting stability. The NovoMix 30 FlexPen 100 U/mL offers a globally recognized, pre-mixed analog insulin suspension designed to eliminate the need for manual syringe mixing. Available on our secure health platform as a convenient single prefilled 3mL pen, this innovative therapy simplifies daily treatment plans by combining two distinct phases of glucose regulation into an effortless, highly portable delivery system.
The dual-action formulation within the NovoMix 30 suspension relies on a specialized 30/70 Dual-Phase Release:
-
-
30% Soluble Insulin Aspart (Rapid-Acting): Starts working within 10 to 20 minutes of injection. This phase actively targets and suppresses the sharp blood sugar spikes that naturally occur immediately after eating.
-
70% Protamine-Crystallized Insulin Aspart (Intermediate-Acting): Slowly releases into the body over a prolonged period, establishing a smooth, dependable background baseline that manages fasting glucose levels throughout the day and night.
-
Key Benefits of NovoMix 30 FlexPen

Administration & Dosage Instructions: For subcutaneous injection only. NovoMix 30 is a high-potency, prescription-strength clinical hormone and must be administered strictly according to the customized dosing schedules provided by your physician or endocrinologist. Injection Timing: Because of the rapid-acting component, always inject NovoMix 30 immediately before a meal (within 5 to 10 minutes of eating), or immediately after starting a meal containing substantial carbohydrates. Never inject if you do not plan to eat a full meal, as this can trigger a dangerous, immediate drop in blood sugar. Preparation Rule: Prior to your first daily injection, you must gently resuspend the insulin by rolling the pen between your palms 10 times and turning it upside down 10 times until the fluid appears uniformly white and cloudy. Inject subcutaneously into the abdomen, thigh, or upper arm. Regularly rotate your injection sites within the same anatomical area to prevent local skin changes (lipodystrophy). Never inject into a vein or muscle. Storage Care: Unused Pens: Keep stored safely inside a refrigerator strictly between 2°C and 8°C. Do not freeze. Keep away from the cooling element. In-Use Pen: Once a pen is started, do not return it to the refrigerator. Store it at room temperature below 30°C and use it within 4 weeks (28 days). Keep the pen cap on to protect it from light.
⚠️ Clinical Disclaimer & Patient Safety Warning
Critical Medical Warning: Active treatment with NovoMix 30 requires systematic self-monitoring of blood glucose, routine medical check-ups, and a highly balanced nutritional and exercise routine. Hypoglycemia (Low Blood Sugar) Warning: The most frequent side effect of all insulin therapies is low blood sugar. Learn to spot the sudden onset of cold sweats, intense hunger, trembling hands, irritability, rapid heartbeats, confusion, or slurred speech. Always carry a fast-acting sugar alternative—such as glucose tablets, fruit juice, or hard candy—to treat mild episodes instantly. If a patient loses consciousness, do not administer anything by mouth; seek immediate emergency clinical intervention or administer a glucagon rescue injection if trained. Contraindications: Do not use this product during active episodes of low blood sugar or if you exhibit a known hypersensitivity to Insulin Aspart or any of the pen’s stabilizing components. Never share your FlexPen with another individual, even if the needle has been changed, to eliminate the risk of cross-contamination or blood-borne infection.
